Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic (New Zealand) shipping
- Standard shipping — up to 7 business days transit after dispatch (most NZ deliveries arrive sooner).
- Free standard NZ shipping
- Cutoff for same-week processing: orders placed before 2:00 PM NZST on business days are more likely to ship within 1 business day.
International shipping
We ship internationally. Estimated transit times vary by destination and service selected:
- Standard international — typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.
- International customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees — these are not included in your checkout total unless explicitly stated.
Carriers & tracking
We use trusted carriers such as NZ Post, CourierPost and international partners (DHL, etc.). All shipped orders include tracking — you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping costs & insurance
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, service level, and package weight. During checkout you may be offered optional shipping insurance — we recommend it for high-value orders.
Delivery instructions & signature
If you have special delivery instructions, include them in the order notes at checkout. Some carriers may require a signature for high-value parcels; if no one is available to sign, the carrier may leave a card or re-attempt delivery.
Lost, damaged or delayed orders
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@hybridvault.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage — we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund as appropriate.
