Shipping Policy

Fast, reliable shipping from Hybrid Vault (Merivale, Christchurch). Below are our processing times, shipping options, costs, and important delivery information.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic (New Zealand) shipping

  • Standard shipping — up to 7 business days transit after dispatch (most NZ deliveries arrive sooner).
  • Free standard NZ shipping 
  • Expedited / Express options available at checkout for faster delivery (typically 1–3 business days after dispatch) — extra charge applies.
  • Cutoff for same-week processing: orders placed before 2:00 PM NZST on business days are more likely to ship within 1 business day.

International shipping

We ship internationally. Estimated transit times vary by destination and service selected:

  • Standard international — typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.
  • Express international — typically 3–7 business days after dispatch (carrier-dependent; extra fees apply).
  • International customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees — these are not included in your checkout total unless explicitly stated.

Carriers & tracking

We use trusted carriers such as NZ Post, CourierPost and international partners (DHL, etc.). All shipped orders include tracking — you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs & insurance

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, service level, and package weight. During checkout you may be offered optional shipping insurance — we recommend it for high-value orders.

Delivery instructions & signature

If you have special delivery instructions, include them in the order notes at checkout. Some carriers may require a signature for high-value parcels; if no one is available to sign, the carrier may leave a card or re-attempt delivery.

Lost, damaged or delayed orders

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@hybridvault.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage — we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund as appropriate.
