Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Hybrid Vault pack. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns, exchanges and warranty claims work.
30-day change-of-mind returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs), as long as the item is returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
To start a return
- Email us at info@hybridvault.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return, reason for return, and photos if relevant.
- Wait for a return authorisation (RMA) from our team — please do not send the item back without authorisation. We’ll respond within 24 business hours.
- Pack the item securely (include the packing slip or a note with your order number) and ship to the address provided in your RMA.
- When we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage and any customs charges on international returns. If your return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we will cover the return postage and arrange a prepaid label where possible — contact us and we’ll advise next steps.
Exchanges
If you need an exchange (for example a replacement for a damaged item), email info@hybridvault.com with your order number and preferred replacement. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Defective or damaged items (12-month limited warranty)
Hybrid Vault provides a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.
- Email info@hybridvault.com with photos of the damage/fault, your order number, and a brief description of the issue.
- We’ll assess the case and respond with an approval, repair, replacement, or refund option. If a return is required we’ll provide instructions and (for valid warranty claims) a prepaid return label where possible.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear & tear, or unauthorised modifications.
International returns
International customers may return items within the 30-day window, but are responsible for return postage, customs clearance and any local import costs. Refunds for international returns are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund timing & method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process the return. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-returnable items
Opened, heavily used, or clearly worn items may not be accepted for a full refund. We also cannot accept returns for items marked final sale or clearance — check the product page for any final-sale notes.
Lost returns
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. Hybrid Vault is not responsible for returns lost in transit if you do not provide tracking. If you need help, contact us and we’ll advise.
